drift finale

it's a good movie when all leave disappointed
precognitive of the conclusion; when the driftwood's gone
the crumbled relationship can't be annointed
bianco's prophecy the charged peril of all spawn:
'sand will cover your dead body
stars will be the only burning light
and for a pillow - but a single stone
yet you'll be happy, so entirely alone'
the forlorn beach swallowed by undulating salt
a breached threshold transposed with the rising tide
phantoms evolve where once was undiluted cobalt
seeking membrances' resynthesis, these etimaceous shadows subside
I must unwrite the journal at blackest dawn
the descendant orbit scorches when the driftwood's gone
