the feelings are shrouded but survived
at the sight of you I'm revived
my dreams disturbed for such a tormented time
that when I finally beheld your gaze sublime
I couldn't speak what I wanted to say
struck faster by your electricity than a sun's ray
struck harder by your perfume than a waterfall's cascade
wishing circumstances could be differently made
I try, but can't foresee our futures
to be without you forever, my heart needs sutures
I part with you today, but know I'll never forget
the aura around us, as our lips first met
the leaves may fall before we meet again
